How To: Hammer Cable Curl with Rope Attachment
- Lower cable to the lowest pin
- Adjust to proper weight
- Grab rope with each hand
- Stand shoulder width apart
- Bend knees slightly, keep back straight, & chest up
- Start with arms lowered and elbows kept at the side
- Curl up keeping elbows at your sides
- When you go up pull up and out, BUT keep ELBOWS IN! (shown in the video)
- Squeeze biceps
- Return to start & repeat (4 sets of 12 reps)
