Baby Got Back


Instructions:
  • feet should be shoulder width apart
  • knees bent
  • lean forward, back straight
  • pull straight back and squeeze
  • hands on the closer grip (under hand or over hand)
*i switch off between over hand and under hand and do 4 sets each of 12 reps with a 60 lb. ez bar
