- feet should be shoulder width apart
- knees bent
- lean forward, back straight
- pull straight back and squeeze
- hands on the closer grip (under hand or over hand)
*i switch off between over hand and under hand and do 4 sets each of 12 reps with a 60 lb. ez bar
