Supplements

It's really important to take your supplements Fit Fam! Here are some things i take on a daily basis to stay healthy:
-fish oil (3x a day)
-omega (1x)
-vitamin C (1x)
-calcium (2x)

You can also take a multivitamin, it is definitely personal preference. Just remember how important it is to take them. I have definitely seen a difference since i have been taking them and I have a really weak immune system. Knock on wood, I haven't gotten sick since last year. yay!!
